Event & conference management
Our Event Managers advise clients on the organisation of all kinds of corporate events from press conferences, analyst meetings, shareholder meetings, company visits and senior leadership forums to one-off special events such as product launches, store openings and award ceremonies.
Depending on your requirements, we can take on management of the entire event, from theme and programme development through to content creation, logistics and financial management. Alternatively, we can take on specific parts only, such as logistics.
Beyond face to face events, the team also manages telephone and web meetings and the smart distribution of a client's press release or marketing material via traditional and social media. The team also manages our own events such as ‘Living Room Congresses’, the ‘Money Match’ football game between managers and journalists and the annual 'Who is Who' event for spokespersons and journalists.
